Brainspotting
Registered Brainspotting Thereapist (Jenny Lyn Hazlett MA, LPP, NCC)
Brainspotting is an advanced brain-body technique. It is a form of psychotherapy that was discovered by David Grand, PhD in 2003.
It is used in our practice as a powerful focused treatment modality that works by processing and releasing core neurological sources of emotional and somatic pain, as well as trauma, and a variety of other life disrupting symptoms.

IFS
Used often in treatment is the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to psychotherapy that identifies and addresses multiple sub-personalities or families within each person’s mental system.
IFS focuses on healing the wounded parts and restoring mental balance and harmony by changing the dynamics that create discord among the sub-personalities and the Self.
