Jenny Lyn Hazlett
Private Practice Owner - Jenny is a Nationally Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Supervisor in the State of Colorado as well as a Registered Brainspotting Therapist and certified Hypnotherapist.
Jenny works best by reflecting on the clients early attachments, past relationships, and trauma to see the impact on their lives, using this knowledge to do the profound reflective work needed for lasting change. She enjoys work that is creative and intuitive that steps outside the bounds of traditional talk therapy to help clients move through difficult barriers to healing such things as emotional dysregulation, dissociation, and parts of self. Jenny is an attachment-based, Psychodynamic therapist and draws heavily on brain-body work techniques working from a trauma lens. She is currently a Brainspotting Practitioner working toward becoming a consultant." Another area of specialty for Jenny is her work with victims/survivors of personality disorder abuse.

mental health challenges alongside substance use disorders through a
combination of medication and comprehensive care. My expertise extends to both
individual therapy and facilitating group therapy, where I create a safe
and collaborative environment for clients to share experiences and build
support for success. I am dedicated to working with clients across the
lifespan, addressing diverse mental health challenges and promoting overall
well-being. My primary passion lies in addressing substance misuse and
co-occurring disorders, where I strive to help individuals reclaim their lives
and achieve lasting recovery.
